My husband and I were very pleased with Irma, right from the start. We "stumbled" upon her while visiting open houses, and immediately felt she was the right person to help us. Our goal was to move to Temecula from the Phoenix area, making in-person house hunting a challenge. Irma was more than accommodating and prompt in response to all of our requests. We often found ourselves communicating with her at all times of the day, and on weekends, without complaint or a feeling that we were a burden. She walked us through the process of purchasing a foreclosure, and was both aggressive and patient when needed.
